The Technical Program consists of three (3) plenary speaker presentations, twelve (12) invited speaker presentations, nine (9) parallel sessions of contributed papers, and three (3) poster/oral sessions.

Please note that the policy of IEEE is that if a presenter (Oral or Poster) does not attend the Conference and present the published paper it will not be included on-line in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Oral Sessions
Oral talks are limited to 15 minutes total time - 12 minute presentations with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers.

Poster Sessions
The poster sessions will be held in Regency S – V & Rotunda in the Hyatt Regency, Orlando. All posters are to be set-up by 11:00 on Monday 30 June, and remain up until Thursday 03 July at 11:50. This will give additional time for attendees to view posters during breaks and before the Conference sessions. On your assigned day, please plan to spend the entire session at your poster for questions and discussion.
