To address the need for you and your company to share more extensive and technical information about products and services of relevance to our community, the organizers of Transducers 2025 are pleased to offer a brand-new way to do this called Commercial Posters. Unlike Open Posters, which cannot have any corporate infomercial and/or advertising content, Commercial Posters have no such limitations. We only ask that the posters include some technical content that would be of interest to attendees. As with Open Posters, Commercial Poster information will not be published in the digest, but the title will appear in the program.
Commercial Posters are a great way to share a wide variety of corporate technical information, partnership opportunities, and initiatives with the community.
Examples
- technical information about product fabrication and/or testing that might not be considered appropriate by the reviewers of conference abstracts but that would be valuable for the community to know;
- cutting-edge technologies at an early stage of industrial development;
- companies seeking others to license a novel transducer technology;
- start-up companies seeking to increase awareness in the community;
- advanced services for designing, fabricating, or testing transducers; or
- descriptions of open or precompetitive challenges that remain unaddressed and are limiting product development or translation.
Early-Bird registration prices are offered as an incentive to all attendees from industry that submit and present a Commercial Poster! All commercial posters MUST be accompanied with a paid conference registration and the Early Bird discount will be offered as an incentive to anyone NOT already registered or those who have been granted a complimentary registration.
Deadline
Although we need all Commercial Posters to be
submitted and uploaded by June 4th (submission link), presenters may use a revised version of their poster at the conference. The poster dimensions should be no larger than 46" (height) x 45" (width) and we ask that you submit the scaled down version as a PDF document.
